Sourcing talent to work on and lead projects in the first half of the year. Driving a marketing campaign, involving social media posting and talent direct messaging, myself and the other eight executive team were able to successfully onboard 18 passionate consultants and 6 exceptional team leaders, 24 roles in total, to tackle the challenging and exciting new projects we have lined up. 


We were able to internally source 4 team leaders. The remaining 18 consultant roles and 2 team leader roles were required to be sourced externally. 


Through my unique connections to people, groups, organisations and communities, I was able to directly source 4 selected consultants (22% of the remaining consultant roles) and 1 selected team leader (50% of the remaining team leader roles), and potentially more through immediate post to application activity, let alone bringing in numerous competitive applicants into our selection pool through my various posts and interactions.
